Oregon at Purdue: Game 7 road white uniform reveal
30-Year Throwback: Gang Green, Oregon's 1994 Pac-10 Champions
PORTLAND, Ore. — Oregon's Game 7 uniform reveal takes the duck-sleeve Gang Green tribute on the road again: White jerseys, white pants, and yellow helmets with green cleats and gloves were announced as the Ducks’ uniform combo for Week 7 under Friday night lights at Purdue.
The "Generation O" jersey blends modern fit with historical gestures to the 30th anniversary of Oregon's Gang Green 1994 Pac-10 Championship squad:
The modern cut of cap sleeves with the current Duck icon is reminiscent of the Fighting Ducks motif of the 1980s and early '90s.
The modern iteration of the Oregon O helmet decal in place of the recently favored Wing lids — a clear reflection of the minimalist helmet decor of the Coach Brooks era.
All in a traditional Oregon color palette — classic tones of the Ducks’ green and yellow throughout the Gang Green tribute jersey.

30-year throwback
Not only is 2024 the first season of Oregon's move to the Big Ten. It's also the 30th anniversary of the 1994 Pac-10 Champions.
Timing alone makes the design chock-full of meaning for Oregon football OGs. The execution too — Oregon’s mid-July uniform reveal included a video featuring eight-year NFL veteran DB Alex Molden from Oregon’s 1994 squad.
Molden and I sat down recently to discuss the 1994 team’s decisive step up from a 5-6 previous season, and their transformation to Pac-10 champions.
"It shows when you can lock-in and put the team ahead of yourself you can do some really powerful things.”
— Alex Molden, Gang Green #ProDucks DB
Wearing the Gang Green originals — one green jersey; one white, and one set of yellow helmets — 1994 Oregon rose from the ashes of a 5-6 previous season and the frustration of a 1-2 start in '94 to win Oregon's first outright Pac-10 title, and earn the Ducks’ first Rose Bowl appearance in 37 years.

Chapter 3 — Oregon was short-handed for the ‘94 Pac-10 opener at No. 19 USC; first-time starters and clutch plays sparked Oregon’s first win at the Coliseum in 23 years.
